Without engineers personal visit and testing the land, one should not build the house over there. If the engineer is not available or it’s not possible to show that land to a civil engineer, and it is too required to construct the house in that same land?, then first fill the land with water and leave that place for one week and again start the same process to fill the water in that land and leave that area for another week. Do this process for 3 times.
Leave that for at least 15 days and observe is there any wetland or dry land. If there is wetland again fill it with water and leave the area for 6 months. Check it again, if there is a wetland, then don’t construct the house there. Please search for other lands for house construction. If the land is completely dry, then start digging for the bedrock and here double standards of fillings should be applied that any mason can explain.
