Fat mass is the total weight of essential(a certain amount of fat is absolutely necessary for the functioning of our body) and non-essential fat(adipose tissue).
Lean mass is the total weight of our body minus the fat mass. Lean body mass is comprised of skeletal muscle tissue, bone tissue, organs, connective tissues, blood, water etc.
Ideal fat percentage for males is 4–15% whereas it is 8–20% for females.
One thing to keep in mind is muscle tissue is heavier than fat tissue.
Since you have less body fat percentage most of your weight must be due to muscle tissue and water present in your body.
