Basically it depends on your body shape and structure..if you want to loose weight than u should start fat lose workout and if you want to gain weight than you must start muscle gaining workout. some basic principles of workout are given below:
1. 30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio activity at least five days per week (150 minutes per week)
2. at least 25 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity three days per week (75 minutes per week)
